HACK FARES IN BOSTON. - A correspondent of the Tribune, writing from
Boston, says on this subject, that established prices of fares from the hotels to the several
depots, is in all cases 25 cents. We can informed him, however, that the "established
price" of fares in the coaches of Cheney, Averill & Co., No. 9 and 11 Elm-street, is
only twelve and a half cents, for any distance not exceeding one mile.
