HYMEN EXCLUDED FROM FLORIDA. - The laws of Florida
forbid the marrying of persons without a license from the
Clerk of the County Court; and these Courts have lately been
abolished by an act of the legislature, thus virtually
abolishing marriages altogether for the present.
