A DANGEROUS ARTICLE. - A man in Washington County, Md., a few days
since returning from Smithburg, took home with him a jug of whiskey. The consequence
was, that two of his children gained access to the jug, and, unnoticed by their parents,
drank so much of the poison that they soon changed colour, foamed at the mouth, and
died in convulsions.
